Are cookies baked fresh?
Yes — all cookies are baked fresh for each drop.
How are cookies packaged?
Cookies are securely packaged to minimise movement and protect them during transit.
When will my order be ready?
Orders open each Friday and close Sunday night (or earlier if sold out).
Once orders close, all items are baked fresh on Monday and Tuesday.
Shipping is dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Local Pickup is available Wednesday or Thursday depending on order volume, between 3:30–5:30pm. Customers will receive a notification once their order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
If you are unable to collect within the pickup window, we recommend selecting shipping at checkout.
Why is pistachio more expensive?
Pistachio is a premium flavour made with high-quality ingredients, so it incurs a $1 surcharge per cookie when added to a mixed boxes.

Online Shop Orders
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our online store by selecting your items and completing checkout.
When is my order confirmed?
Online shop orders are confirmed once checkout is completed and payment is successful. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Can I choose my own flavours?
Yes! Custom boxes are available in packs of 4, 6,8 ,10 or 12.
We also offer curated boxes if you'd rather leave it to us.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes! The minimum online order is 4 cookies.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, changes may not be possible due to preparation timelines. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you offer refunds on shop orders?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Where do I collect my order from?
Orders are available for pick-up from Craigie, or shipping, depending on the product selected.
Pick-up details will be provided after your order is confirmed, and shipping options will be shown at checkout where available.

Yes! Free express shipping is available on orders over $85.

Custom Orders
How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, please submit an enquiry via the custom order form on our website with your event date, quantity, and inspiration photos.
How much notice do you require?
We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for all custom orders. Availability is limited and bookings fill quickly
When is my custom order confirmed?
Custom orders are confirmed once your enquiry has been approved and the required deposit has been paid.
Can I request a specific design or theme?
Yes! Inspiration photos are encouraged and help us understand the style you’re after. As all items are handmade, slight variations may occur.
Can I place a last-minute custom order?
Last-minute custom orders may be available depending on availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Do you offer gluten-friendly, nut-free or dairy-free options?
We do offer gluten-friendly, nut-free and dairy-free options; however, all products are made in the same kitchen and cross contamination may occur. Therefore, we cannot guarantee products are completely free from allergens.
